When do you wear them?
For me I wear them before I sleep which my mom think it's wrong but whatever
I used to have an invisalign type of retainer after braces. I don't have to wear them anymore, but I didn't mind them! Wear your retainers bc if you don't your teeth will move back
I've worn mine every night for about 8 years. Couple months ago I started wearing it every other night. Ever since then it's starting to feel like a nuisance and sometimes I skip a few nights in a row. Teeth are still straight so whatever, i had buck teeth when I was a kid so I'll never let my teeth get to the way they used to be
At least it's just a retainer now. I had invisalign, and it was like having a retainer 24/7. My retainer is only for nighttime use.
