On an another note, buying new servers does absolutely no good because it is the forum software that's lagging so much. VBulletin is the dinosaur of all forum software and it cannot handle the traffic, so the servers suffer because of it. The 522 is an error that tries to flag certain IP ranges / users as spambots, it locks them out temporarily (ala you get the 522 error).

but I'm on the another vbulletin forum with more trafficand it doesn't give 522 as often, how is that?

It has to do with CloudFlare itself that ATRL uses to host. I'd google it on what it does.

ATRL has so much more volume in traffic that it affects Cloudflare (though I wouldn't be surprised if Cloudflare is equally responsible).
