Each member will post how many he or she members he wants to nominate for some category (1 or 50, it doesn't matter) and I'll count all the votes and post the top 5 or top 10 nominees, don't know yet and the members will also vote for the winner.

Oh, it looks like you're going to work hard and be really fair! The only thing is that you should put a stop with the votes, I mean someone who vote 50 members would be an ass-kisser xD (because there are members who would do it) I think at the most we should vote ten members for each category.
