is she able to hit 300 000 copies in USA and 100 000 in UK ?
First week? I'm guessing in the US it will be way higher than 300K (My guess is like 400-500K) In the UK i'm not so sure but a nice 40-50K debut is amazing in UK numbers. she has longevity anyways with single sales so there's nothing to worry about
If we pretend for a second that this is the lead single (and Part of Me was too)
I Kissed a Girl >> Rise >>>>> California Gurls > Part of Me >>>>> Roar.
I'm sure once Hype has worn off it'll sink closer to California Gurls, but right now it's so good. Let me listen to I Kissed a Girl again though, cause right now I'm really tempted to put Rise above it, but I know in a few weeks I'd cackle at my stupidity for doing that.

For me
Part of Me > Rise > California Gurls > Roar > I Kissed a Girl
Make Me's views seem to be updating fine, and it has 800k views with ~50k less likes/dislikes than Rise. Meanwhile Rise is still stuck at 494k.
Rise views are frozen, that's what happens when views are big. They always stuck at +400k.
Rise 1st day views will obviously be bigger, as you can see by likes.
