Almost 90% of my social media disasters have occurred within the 3-5 days leading up to my cycle and I don't know how to stop myself. I just get so caught up in my feelings. I think my pms is going from worse to worser as I get older as well . I've literally tried everything a doctor can offer in terms of a remedy with no success. I have been waiting a very periolollicaly long time to chill the **** out ! Exercise, diets, medicine, meditation nothing works I can't stop it.
