She does have a radio deal but with NBC ONLY. Most of the time radio deals are with stations that are owned by Clear Channel or iHeart Radio (AKA KIIS AND Z100). So the deal does not apply to them. Clear Channel owns probably 70% of the major Top 40 stations in the country. She will not be reaching those.
26 #2's though that will soon become #1s 
I forgot about radio. Yeah I think a Top 5 debut might be the best we can hope for with no great streaming and basically no radio
