It was like a 7/10. And yes i agree it was her best performance from this era promoting "Circus".
But there are performances on the tour that were great too
Personally the "If U Seek Amy" tour performance is great. Had they just been able to book a few promotional performances with that choreography, the single could've done better.
I liked it though.
