Why was only Warren’s name listed when the song received an Emmy nomination Wednesday (July 14) for outstanding original music and lyrics?
In January, songwriter Linda Perry asserted via Twitter that Lady Gaga only changed one line in “Til It Happens to You” and questioned why she was included in Warren’s Oscar nomination.
According to a Television Academy representative, “The minimum cue sheet percentage for eligibility is 20 percent. Diane wrote 90 percent of the song, so Gaga was not eligible and hence did not join Diane on the entry form.”
She only wrote 10%, literally a line like Linda Perry said yet she had to endure so much abuse from the little monsters. Yet Lady 10% was acting like she was some genius gifted songwriter on her massive propaganda Oscar Campaign
So?, I'm not a monster, but 99.9% of ATRL faves are guilty of the same. Some girls can't even write their names and you can see them getting songwriting credits
