this better not suck. the only thing they can do better than the original is that atrocious spider ending, but that's already a given. the rest of the original TV movie is a straight up CLASSIC.

please. Twisty would not even exist if not for Pennywise. i love AHS, but they mainly made Twisty scary by making him look dirty and grubby. They didn't even explain why he was walking around with someone else's scalp on top of his head which absolutely no character seemed to notice.

Pennywise is on a WHOLE other level. and this movie has to stick to what Tim Curry's original portrayal looked like.

I'm not really feeling it, but I guess my expectations are set too high from the original.

Don't read the book. It's horrible. He ruins it by putting in a goddamn gangbang scene between the 5 boys and the 1 girl in the middle of the book ... while they are still kids. ****ing child pornography just coming out of nowhere and destroying everything you liked about the novel until then.

And as everyone knows Stephen King can't write an ending for dick. The final reveal at the end of the book is laughably bad.

Just watch the 1990s TV movie and skip the last 10 minutes.
