don't think so. last year, from the top 12 onwards, there were at least 2 performances per show, one from alumni, the other one is for mentors/other artists to perform/promote

Seriously, bring other artists(not past AI contestants).. This season seems more boring than normal to me.. And with Simon leaving after this season... Ugh... Poor Ellen.

Looking forward to the US version of the X Factor. They sure have good taste in guest performers on the X factor.
