Legit, non-trolly explnation: There's a community on YouTube of people (ranging from 10 year olds to college students) that make videos featuring their Webkinz. The community is called Kinztube. I was watching a bunch of Kinztuber's videos because I think it's hilarious, but then I stumbled upon that one... Two days later she posted another video, not mentioning the cyst/tumor or anything...
A popular brand of stuffed animals. They peaked around 2009(?) but lots of people still collect them. Recently I've discovered there's this huge online community of people who collect Webkinz on Youtube, Instagram, etc.
