I know it's basically the original Raconteurs version with Adele's vocals slapped onto the track, but it sounds soo good, imagine the potential if Jack White actually produced an entirely new track for Adele
I was just reading through the Adele wiki, and I didn't know White was originally enlisted for 21 Do you guys think they'll ever work together again? I hope so, I know he had a little beef with her among others but he has since apologized.
I'm actually a little worried about the next album. Adele has said she doesn't see herself spicing things up in the future. I hope she doesn't completely go safe next time.

I'm so glad that people actually look at the Wiki! Thank you!

But I was shocked by that, too. And she planned on coming to Detroit to write with him, too.

"Many Shades of Black" is still FLAWLESS. I just LOVE her version. It's always been one of my favorites from
19.

I don't know if they'll ever work together again; considering the current direction of her music, I don't see it happening in the near future, but I'd be here for it if they delivered something as amazing as "Many Shades of Black."
I'm not necessarily worried about the next album, but I do hope she doesn't play it too safe.
25 was great, and understandably, she did play it a bit safe, but we can't complain; we wanted another classic Adele record, and that's what she gave us. But as Mike mentioned the other night, the 70s singer-songwriter sound is something she should explore more on the next album, and considering how much she loves Tobias and "When We Were Young," I'm hoping she will.
