Probably even less than %1, tbh
It is a really hard concept to try to look even semi believable with real actors.
Same thing with Sailor Moon, the transformation scenes and attacks would never look "real" and thus having real actor doing them and not having the HUUUUGE creative license anime fans forget about that cartoons provide, would totally look a mess.
