They need to add functions to let people interact with each other
I don't have this game yet, but you can't fight other players? At least it's an app instead of a physical cartridge, so they can possibly add new features.
I have a question hoping that someone can answer. Will they ever let the players interact and maybe battle with each other? I think that would be so much fun.
Like my brother and I play it in the same house/locatiom but we can't see each other in the game. I hope that if there's another player around you, your phone can detect it and you can see them on the map as well.

You can only fight gyms and then leave a Pokemon there to protect that gym and other people can attack it.
You get rewards every day your Pokemon successfully defends the Gym. The more Gyms you have the bigger the rewards.
