Beyoncé has always made more money than Rihanna so that's very likely.
Rih made her appearance on Forbes rather late and despite the previous seven albums and world tours, she still didn't earn more than anyone else (her female peers.) The year that her album and uncompleted tour is added to her earnings in the last few months leading up to the annual list, she earns more in a year than she has ever done before.
What was she doing before February? That's where her money came from.
No one can seriously tell me that the Samsung deal and a few million records really earned her $75 million over the highly successful Loud which culminated with $29 million in May 2011. Rihanna then made her debut on the Celebrity 100 with $53 million in 2012 with none other than Kim Kardashian ($18 million.)
As far as this reach of a comparison and try-hard attempt to celebrate a higher amount in one year against Beyoncé, the highest-earning female artist since Forbes began the list in 1999, it's a little embarrassing on the Navy's part and this comes from someone who loves both artists..
