Are you a supporter of the dairy, meat and/or egg industry? If you do and you like animals, maybe you should reconsider your decision! This girl has me woke
I saw those videos and they only made me hungry. I love how efficient meat eaters are. Take the eggs, and when the hen's no longer hatching, deep fry it and serve it with fries
I don't support the industries themselves with regard to some of the methods used, but I consume and will continue to consume these products regularly. I have no ethical objection to this consumption and I believe such consumption should be freely allowed. However, I think that the way in which these industries operate needs to be reconsidered in the interest of ethical judgment.
That's like saying you don't care about the holocaust because that's essentially what is going on in the making of chicken, beef, pork, milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs etc. it's so sad
Yes. The food is good and we've been eating meat for the entirety of human existence, why would we stop now?
Because there is no added health benefit to eating meat. Red meat especially has been linked to all kinds of diseases including salmonella poisoning, prostate cancer, cardiovascular disease and more

Is it really appropriate to compare to the genocide of more than six million Jewish individuals though?
Morally I wish I didn't eat any meat, but I wouldn't go as far as to be a vegan. I just make wise choices as to which products I buy.
I've actually seen with my own eyes the chickens that lay caged eggs. They're skinny, dirty, broken wings, they're distressed and obviously they're producing eggs alongside other dead chickens in the cage. Some may even have diseases because the living conditions are so disgusting.
I honestly believe also that an egg laid by a happy, healthy chicken (adorable pets!) is much more edible than the near-death experience of a caged chicken trapped with thousands of others.
I'm on the verge of vomiting just thinking about it 😷
