I don't think she'll ever be one tbh. Don't get me wrong, she's HUGELY successful but she's not ever going to be remembered as this legendary artist that put out classic albums or changed popular music. She's just a really, really successful artist. There's nothing wrong with that.

She's carved out a niche for herself that no one else is able to duplicate, and people will continue seeking her music for that lane that she specialized in. She's been slaying non-stop for 10 years straight, her consistency is almost unparalleled, she only seems to get bigger.

Stop being purposely obtuse and condescending. Her fanbase have been with her since 2006, if they were "12 years old" then, most would be well over 20 by now.

She'll continue to rank in her coins, on par with legends yearly earnings, keep getting the acclaim/awards that none of her peers receive, and will keep getting people mad for the next years of her life. The impact/iconic argument is tired. Taylor has had undeniable impact and that's a reason why the ENTIRE world pays. attention to her and her music. She'll stay winning.

We're 20+ years old and we can recognize when someone is on their way to legendary status. A career that continues to outperform itself year after year is not one that will just be erased in time. Taylor has the most consistently successful career of anyone in a very long time, and she's trending upwards in everything - albums, singles, touring, earnings, etc - and she will definitely be remembered as one of this millenniums biggest artists.
