Yes but I liked the Homestead missions, they were done really well.

The wilderness was also done quite well. Plus, of course the naval gameplay which served as the next games's base.

Connor sucked though and AC3 was horribad but honestly at least it had some rough edges and some interesting ideas (that it may or may not have executed well) as opposed to the boring, uninspired mess that was Rogue and Syndicate. i didn't even finish Syndicate

I did kinda like all the characters in the Homestead missions! They seemed annoying at first but they really came through with their mini fetch quests.
