I REFUSE to believe that over 1 in 50 British adults is a cocaine user. That seems slightly extortionate.

Opiates are the natural drugs derived from opium. (e.g. Morphine, Codeine, Heroine)
Opoids are synthetic, they're supposed to act like opiates but they're not as natural (they make it in a lab, they don't extract it from opium, e.g. Oxycodone, Methadone, Tramadol)

I feel like they're also counting people who did it just a few times tbh. Not just actual addicts.
