Discussion: Artists who need to change their genre?

Who do you feel needs to change the type of music their making? Whether it's due to you not liking the type of music/or it flopping or any reason.

For me, I'd say Demi.. Her past two albums have been a bit meh and I want her to go either back to her rock roots or go soul/ish

Tori shouldn't completely change her genre, but the GP doesn't seem to like her music for some reason. She's really talented, so I'm not sure what isn't clicking. Changing her sound would probably help

No one should flip their genre, especially since most girls are doing pop and that's never gonna change.

As for sound, Britney Spears has been doing the same for 9 years now.

Mariah could benefit from a switch up. I recently listened to her whole discography straight through and although I developed a love for all the albums individually, her discography tends to blend together a little at parts and fell a bit too similar.
