No. I just smile, if I like the person that said the "joke" or if I'm feeling particularly nice that day. Otherwise, I don't move my face. I won't do anything shady, like frown or roll my eyes obviously.
But yeah, fake laughter is not my thing. Very few people actually pull it off. But it's better than dead silence, so it's a necessary evil I guess
