Before an influx of "Who?"'s come in, just look at the video. The song is very electro-poppy and you can't tell me that that girl in the white outfit ISN'T supposed to be GaGa from "Bad Romance".
Honestly, for the first 30-60 seconds, I thought that girl was GaGa herself.
