No it's not.
You can't see his right hand before they shot him.
Mate nothing can justify why they shot him multiple times.. They were two and reacted like some lost newbies that didn't know what to do...Do they even have the qualifications to do the job? Because the video show two people that really don't know what to do and how to handle a situation other that shooting... I mean wtf? Are cops in the US even trained enough? because in all those vids I saw, you can see how incompetent and scared/suspicious they are, this is incompetence. Either that or they are just all racists and want to shoot black people which I reall doubt. Shooting is supposed to be the LAST resort, not when you're two against one on the ground or a kid wearing a hoodie.. There really isn't much to debate about after the video, it's clearly a police blunder.
the video is absolutely disgusting. cops are nasty pigs. im so over them killing black people. NOT ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE RACIST. but sadly the ones with power seem to be... im disappointed. I really thought we would have awakened as a race by now that gender, race, and sexuality shouldn't matter but this has just been a year of death and violence my heart goes out to the family and people affected. that was so hard to watch. when will this stop?
You know what's funny is when white people break the law the media spends endless hours trying to convince us of how misunderstood the white criminals are.
Don't bring up that stuff about black people commit more crimes. First of all they are poorer and they are targeted far and away more often than white people.
Sterling was selling CDs early Tuesday outside the Triple S Food Mart in Baton Rouge, the source said, when the homeless man approached him and asked for money.
The man was persistent, and Sterling showed him his gun, the source said.
"I told you to leave me alone," Sterling told the man, according to the source.
The homeless man then used his cell phone to call 911.
Ohhhhhkay now everything is starting to come together more and make more sense
