I would say racism is ignorance for the unknown. Many people which are racist don't have experience
with the culture. But of course many factors can come in. for example from personal reasons to
surroundings, parents, friends etc.

But yes racism can be taught but it is yourself who choose to learn it or not.
Some of my family members are racists but i'm not same as them. I know better
