And it's the tax payer's money paying these officers. They hire these people without training them properly of giving them proper background checks before putting a gun in their hands and it is because the government hires these cops to get more money from the people to pay them with instead of using the money to properly train them and give them background checks. Its more like 40-50% of the problem. The stories that get heavy media coverage don't represent all of the injustices that are being committed by police. It's happening everywhere to all kinds of people (and pets believe it or not).

The video does not show the moments just before the fatal shooting. According to the newspaper, two shots already had been fired at Noble before the recording began.

I just dont understand. What made the officers shoot that unarmed guy so many times, even if he had been brought to the ground. The police are not the judge. They cant decide if someone can get killed or not unless its an extremely situation. This one is def. not one.

Yes, black men are disproportionately affected, but it's an issue that kills hundreds of people of all races every year.

Also, based on 6 month figures, it looks like all rates will decline in 2016...except for Native Americans who could actually have the highest rate this year.

Why is it that it seems (these days anyway) that only cowardly sociopaths become police officers? I have grown up around cops and worked with them growing up and have never experienced this type of ******** that I read about all the time. Something needs to be done to make sure our cops are actually trained appropriately for the job before they're sent out with guns.
