This is my thing, dear internet people of 2016.
I keep seeing this word, EQUALITY, popping up so often lately. Whether it's equality for the LGBT community, whether it's equality for the POC, whether it's equality for women.
Don't you understand what's happening?
Women have been oppressed for many years. Yes, that is a fact. Men were in control. That is a fact. But the new age feminism is not about equality. It's about women taking over power and control. VOTE Hilary, just because she's a woman, they say. VOTE Hilary, because the US needs a female president, they say. Regardless of what Hilary has done in the past, women are voting for her based on one thing and one thing only. Because she's a WOMAN.
So, let's me tell you what happens in the future. Women take over. They have control. They have power. Men start feeling oppressed. What do they do? They try to take the power back from women. The future movement of Malenism.
Gay people have been oppressed for many years. Yes, that is a fact. Straight people were in a better position and were considered the norm. The LGBT community is trying to take over, and now the majority of the people involved in this movement try to downplay straight people and make them out to be the outcast, just because they were oppressed for so many years. PUT GAYS IN MOVIES, they scream. PUT GAYS IN TV SHOWS, they shout. GAYS ARE TAKING OVER THE WORLD. This phenomenon is already taking over and you've all probably noticed that. Actors and Singers pandering to the LGBT community to further their careers, What happens when the LGBT community takes over? The straight community will want to fight back. 'Lets take back what was ours', they'll be screaming from their top of their lungs. 'Let's bring down the GAYS', they'll be protesting week by week. The Straight Community will want to take over, once again.
POC have been oppressed for many years. Yes, that is a fact. White people have always been in control. They've slaughtered, enslaved and treated POC like trash. This is fact. But POC are fighting back. 'We want to control', they are screaming. 'We want to slaughter all of you', they are thinking deep down inside them. White people can't use our culture. White people can't be inspired by our culture. We are above them. They might be thinking. What happens when POC take over? White people fight back. 'Let's take them down and take our pride back', they'll be screaming outside the Black House. #WhiteLivesMatter will start gaining heat. The movement shall be starting.
Do you not see how UNHEALTHY this mentality is? Do you not see how REPETITIVE this mentality is? For years and years to come, this will go on. People of different groups trying to gain CONTROL. POWER. LEADERSHIP.
When have we stopped caring for PEOPLE? If I meet someone, I will judge them based on WHO. THEY. ARE. If they have a good heart. If they are kind. If they want to make the world a better place. I won't judge them based on their color, sexuality, gender, race.
If i meet a new person, I don't give a **** if you are sexually fluid, an LGBT supporter, a #BlackLivesMatter enthusiast, a Feminist e.t.c
Stop LABELING people. Stop categorizing people and placing them into groups.
Let me ask you something. Do you care that there are children in Africa who sleep on the streets, have no money to buy a shelter, let alone food, who are used and abused daily, who can't afford education. Who's fighting for THEIR rights? They don't have money to buy a slice of BREAD, let alone internet. They can't find for their EQUALITY, their EQUAL RIGHTS as human beings. So why should I care for a white or a black person who was killed? Why should I care for a gay person or a straight person who was fired? Why should I care for a male or a female who is paid less?
Why should I care for the terrorist attacks in Paris, but not The Middle East?
STOP BEING HYPOCRITES. Start seeing the person next to you as a HUMAN. We are ALL the same. We are a HUMAN RACE. Not black, not white, not gay, not straight, not asian, not male not female. HUMANS. If we all start seeing the person next to us as a HUMAN instead of categorizing them into groups of people, then we MIGHT be closer to achieving equality.
Right now, all we do is give power to a certain movement that will change in 5-10 years until the next movement arrives and this will go on till the end of days.
BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.
(I just had to let all of these thoughts out)
