Hey everyone Me and my friends were talking about this the other day and to keep it simple and basic .. my question is when it comes to dating someone is it wrong to not want to date someone due to their religious background? Keep it friendly please, no need for unnecessary hate.
Usually it's fine being friends with a religious person. It's only a problem if it gets in the way of my friendship. Like, if they ever tried to convert me or if they were very judgmental. Religion has never been an issue in my friendships though.
EDIT - Oops I didn't answer the question. It's not wrong to reject them. If you ever feel uncomfortable in a friendship, then you're not obligated to stay.
Man there are so many nice religious people. As much as there are some terrible ones. Same way for gays, so many nice gays but some others are just rotten inside.
I don't think so? Like, is Christian Mingle or whatever religious dating site wrong? If religion is an important part of someones life then they might want a partner to share it, and the same applies the other way around too.

Religion is just another part of someone's lifestyle. You have every right to reject them due to it if you can't see yourself fitting into their beliefs or the lifestyle that dating someone of that religion would require of you. In my eyes, it's no different to rejecting someone based on any other life choice they make.
no, i would like to be connected with the person on deeper level and that ain't happening if they believe in adam and eve etc. but being friends is okay, no matter what religion they have.
No. Dating leads to marriage and if you don't want to fall in love with somebody outside your religion it's always best to stop it before it gets complicated.
You can choose your lover however you want. It's your partner and your standards are all that matter

No, I don't think so.
Personally I'd prefer if they were an atheist like myself, but I'm still open to dating a religious person. However, if we ever had kids that'd be a big problem so its not in any way ideal
