it's interesting to me how lots of female rappers with "dirty" songs (lady comes to mind) never really took off with the lgbt community or gathered large fanbases. i think the combination of personality (both social media and musical personality), extremely brash sexuality, and general lyrical talent was all just right and is propulsing her forward.
