His post was everything. But burning the flag was excessive and disrespectful. It is, however his right to do so, and he shouldn't have been arrested for making a FB post that didn't actually put anyone in danger. He could sue and get a nice coin for harassment.
However, he should know that people are now going to recognize him and make his life hell for this.
