POP royalty Britney Spears looks set to finally kick off her new era in style after being lined up to perform at the Video Music Awards later this year.
"Britney hasn't performed at the awards since her infamous 2007 performance so signing her will be a ratings slam-dunk.
"She was on bosses hit list anyway, but after her Billboard Music Awards medley she is their number one target."
None of the info is in anyway something that couldn't be guessed. We already knew MTV has been desperate to get Britney to perform for almost a decade.
I don't know what to believe anymore. Aren't the performers supposed to be announced later this month? I'd give it two weeks before any official announcement.
