Kira is the nickname given to Light Yagami, protagonist of the manga series Death Note. Upon discovering the Death Note, a notebook which allows killing anyone by knowing their face and name, and frustrated with the lack of justice in the world he decides to use it to rid the world of criminals. By killing all those cirminals by heart attack, he is soln recognized as Kira and while he is met with fear and objections in the beginning, some years later not only people but also govenrments surrender to Kira seeing that crimes and criminals are almost gone.
