yes, killing people is wrong and killing by a police officer, no matter the skin color of the victim, is a terrible abuse. but the reason this incites outrage is because there's a clear pattern of this happening more often to black people, which shows that a large number of them are related to racism, while other police brutality cases are caused by a variety of different reasons that would have to be addressed individually.

also, if you want awareness of these happenings, you could try...spreading it yourself? i see a lot of anger from you about things not happening, but no effort to make them happen. that's a trait of a seriously obnoxious person.

They did have tasers. They tased him and tackled him to the ground.. but when he started trying to get the officer off of him, they decided to just go ahead and end his life.
