We need someone educated to lead a country. A high school diploma ensures that whoever is running has at least basic knowledge of social studies and a better idea of how things work in the world. Being street smart can only get you so far and no matter what experience you've acquired in your life, you'll likely never develop the skills it takes to govern something as big as a country unless you hit the books and read up on the ideas and concepts developed by academics.
You need to have - at the very least - a basic understanding of political science, law, sociology, etc. which you get in high school. The diploma you get from high school ensures that not only have you been exposed to those fields but that you actually grasped the concepts by passing those courses.
Definitely!! And a college diploma as well. We need someone who has learned from previous presidents mistakes, not some dipshit who'll ruin our foreign relations.
