Norway and Switzerland already said they'll drop the lifetime ban on men who have sex with men (MSM) and change it to a 12-month deferral (no sex) in the coming weeks.
Now Ireland recently announced that the date for their own 12-month deferral will be revealed soon and government representatives from
all of the 16 regions of Germany called for the lifetime ban to be dropped in a statement to the national blood organization.
Once all these changes are implemented only Iceland, Denmark, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Belgium, Malta and Turkey will be the European countries that still ban all gays from donating blood; but I think those places, especially the Nordics, will join the rest soon.
