Yes, for both servers. If it doesn't exist, just create it. It goes away every few days.

I sold my Shiny Sandshrew today, and I ripped myself off. I got the wrong evolution stone in the trade. I'm gonna try to trade it for the right one once I have a bit more money.

Thanks a ton to Bloo for providing me with a wonderful Ditto! I'll be working on breeding Chansey, then Slowpoke, and then probably the other two. I might replace Rhyperior with something else defensive that hits hard physically, or something with another role; I'm considering swapping out one of Slowbro's moves for Psyshock so he's not nerfed if he comes out during Drought. I can't decide which, though. Also, Gen I her power.
Further suggestions and feedback would be great!

Well generally, on the one hand you need to breed for perfect IVs. In order to achieve that, you need a perfect Ditto (with perfect IVs at best). You then just continue breeding eggs. All you have to do then is to go to the IV-NPC and let him tell you your pokemon's IVs. Generally speaking, you do not even have to have perfect IV all the time. It really depends on the pokemon. For example, if you go for a pokemon with special attacks only, there's no need for perfect attack stats. However, HP, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed should always be maximized.
You can look up the rest under breeding. There are tons of articles on it.
With EV, you need to do EV training in order to maximize your pokemons strength. Again, there are tons of articles on it on pokewiki for example or smogon.

Regarding PRO:
I opened or joined the ATRL chat. Looking forward to hearing from you. I'm on the blue server and I could definitely use some friends soon (after Erika), cause I need to have an Alakazam.

The only times I think, you wouldn't run max everything in IV would be a special attacker - where you should have 0 in attack and therefore take less damage for confusion - or a slow Pokemon if you are running Trick Room - in which case have 0 for speed. By association a slow special attacker on a trick room team would have 31/0/31/31/31/0
However, if you're battling at lv50, then 30 and 31 give the same value. and obviously Hidden Power requires different IV spreads. 631 gives Dark type HP.

In addition to his post:
IVs are what Pokémon are born with when they hatched. It's a random number for each stat (HP, ATK, DEF, SP. ATK, SP. DEF, SPD). It's generated when the egg is created (not when it hatches; important when you choose to accept the egg from the Day Care Man). 31 IV is the best you can get in a stat (31 extra points at Level 100, which is a big difference compared to a Pokémon with 0 IV for instance; making the Pokémon stronger/faster).
EVs (Effort Values) are what Pokémon gain when they battle Pokémon. You can earn a max of 252 EVs in a single stat, another 252 in another stat. A total of 510 is allowed on a Pokémon. Different wild Pokémon gives your Pokémon a specific EVs (HP EVs can be gained by defeating Wurmple; ATK EVs by Poochyena; DEF EVs by Sandshrew; SP. ATK by Oddish/Ralts; SP. DEF by Swablu; SPD by Taillow / Ziggagoon). 252 EVs at Level 100 equals 63 extra points in a stat. Sweepers are generally a 4 HP/ 252 ATR or SP. ATK/252 SPD for instance. Oh and as an extra tip, EVs are earned when your Pokémon gains experience from a battle (an important fact to keep in mind as EXP Share will allow your weaker Pokémon to gain EVs without having to battle or by switching out). Plus you'll want to EV train your Pokémon with Pokerus which doubles the EVs you gain in a battle; plus Power items which add +4 EVs to a given stat (a Power Weight gives +4 HPs to the HP stat in addition to whatever EVs you earn etc).
Fastest way to EV train is to have a Pokémon have Pokerus + a Power item and do a horde battle. As a note, when a Pokémon earn EVs while holding a Power item and Pokerus, gains a total of 10 EVs per Pokémon in battle. Because Pokerus kicks in after a Power item adds +4: 1 HP (From a wild wurmple)+ 4 HP (from a Power Weight item) = 5 HP EVs x 2 (Pokerus doubles) = 10 EVs. A Horde battle of Gulpin (HP EV) would then give you 50 HP EVs after defeating all of them.
