I agree that the Bible is probably the most influential book in the history of Western civilization, but human morality does not stem from the Bible or organized religion. If that was the case, Western Europe would be in anarchy right now.

Not all societies are built on Judeo-Christian values, only the medieval and modern European civilization and the rest of the Christendom. Other non-Christian societies are founded upon their respective religions although all religions are interconnected and derived from the same source. Religion is basically the
foundation of civilization.
