Is illegal downloading rampant in your country?
Is it rampant in your place and discuss its effect to your county's music industry.
Also, discuss the ways the government has been implmenting in order to stop this crime.

Yeah I think everywhere it is. But I hear way to many stories of people getting caught so I quit tor****ing. I now just buy singles or albums.

Yes, it's rampant everywhere I go
I buy most of the time though, whenever I can, I like owning the physical stuff for my collection.
