The ending to Toy Story 3 was so conclusive that another film just seems unnecessary
I would actually love to a see an Up or Wall-E part two (Pixar's best films in recent memory, imo) but since both were such original and innovative concepts, I'm not sure either would work.

They need to leave those two alone, their best masterpieces (especially Wall-E).
I love Pixar sequels as much as the originals, like I'm actually excited for Cars 3 , but I'm so happy we will get at least 4 original movies in a row after The Incredibles 2. Inside Out 2 better be coming in 2026 though.
Cars 2 ruined their Rotten Tomatoes fresh streak so no doubt another will be panned too. So unnecessary.
I agree Toy Story 3 was conclusive but another won't taint its legacy and the script is being written by Queen Rashida Jones so I'm excited. Also perched for Incredibles 2 because of King Frozone and the iconic Anna Wintour stylist lady.
I'm happy they're not making another Wall•E or Brave. They need more new, original material like Inside Out.
Woo the title cut off for this thread had me thinking they were canceling Incredibles 2. Good thing they're still sticking with it otherwise I'd be pressed.
I'm fine with this decision, I've enjoyed all their sequels so far (well aside from Cars 2, which I haven't seen and never will), but I definitely welcome some new stuff being added to their line-up. They just need to serve more Inside Outs and less The Good Dinosaurs.
