You are of course transphobic if you won't date someone just because they're trans.

If you don't find them attractive or they don't have the genitalia you are attracted to that's fine, but if the sole reason you won't date them is because they're trans then you are transphobic.

Not to mention the whole .03% thing is ridiculous since we have no way to know the true number of trans people at the moment (plus a lot of trans people will never transition due to the transphobia).

Of course it is. I just don't think people think it with this in mind MOST of the time. It's more of words being misused rather than them being transphobic.
