Probably TV shows tbh.

Blasting music in my headphones so loud I can't hear the outside world, or watching tv show episodes whose episodes I can immerse myself in so I forget about everything for a little while. Comedies usually help, if you're having a bad day they can at the very least put a smile on your face if it's a comedy show you enjoy. Also, sleeping, if all else fails.

I'm an only child, so ever since I was a kid, I would imagine stories in my head of people I saw on the streets, on TV, or even myself ...

And it's something that I still do. I just close my eyes, and paint stories in my head.
