Of course I agree you shouldn't push a child to transition (though I haven't read the particular story she showed an image of so I can't comment on that) but extremely young children can know that they are transgender. I for one knew I was a girl since I was like 6/7. Puberty blockers are the answer to that with a full transition once the child is old enough.
Non-binary people DO exist (and have existed for an extremely long time, given that gender is a social construct).
She was filled with a ton of internalized transphobia and she totally failed to acknowledge her privilege (complaining about trans people whining when many, especially minority trans women, are killed just for being trans and of colour).

children can actually be transgender and children can actually transition, you know that right? if a child clearly expresses to be of another gender and is diagnosed with gender dysphoria for six months then yes they are transgender and yes they can transition if they express desire to. most of what I've said has been confirmed in the DSM-5 so…

I agree with most of what she says, the tumblr crowd are just so extra about everything it does way more harm than good.
They trivialize actual trans ppl such as myself and the issues we face in reality on a day to day basis. These tumblr ppl aren't really what they identify as, they just want attention!
