people keep telling me I look really young, so it's a puzzle when it comes to assembling reasons y ppl might "stare." W/o deconstructing this concept, I think I also tend to attract attention when I wear sleeveless sweaters or bSically show skin. I think this is called body checking, which I wld situate in the context of Health discourses, fatphobia, and ableism. Of course these cut across race, gender, age, sexuality, etc. So It is tricky.
