Hmm I mean this is how lawsuits work but it's obviously incredibly tacky and insensitive given the context.

Obviously this sounds horrible but the victims should have never sued them in the first place.

I don't know what theaters are like in big cities, but I live in the biggest city of my state and all our theaters have no security checks or metal detectors or anything like that. Is that uncommon?

Not sure how to feel.
Hopefully people [in America] can stop suing whenever **** pops off. It's not really the cinema fault... movie theater security isn't comparable to CIA
