EXO is also kind of big in the US, but not as big as SNSD. I say this because of all of the American tumblr EXO stans () and because the Monster music video went number one on the US iTunes video charts.

Its between them and AKB48, but IDK if we should count AKB, they're so far from a normal girl group & and they couldn't possibly be anymore local unlike SNSD who are huge across Asia & have a strong cult following everywhere else.
I could do the same with SNSD in Korea, who've had the bestselling GG album each year for almost a decade.
