The fact this guy continued to offend in so vile a way (the mention of him using other people's WiFi suggests he was subject to some kind of order preventing him from using the Internet for obvious reasons) and the nature of the images, will he ever be safe enough to live among the public? Don't think so.

Lock IT up for life or give the choice of heavy monitoring and chemical castration.
