Welcome castaways to Round 15 of Survivor: ATRL Edition (Season 6)! This is also the dreaded double elimination round! Let's get started!
The theme for
Round 15 is...
Emoji Central
Emojis. Some people use them moderately. Some people use them too much. Other don't use them at all. Either way, you're bound to be familiar with them.
This round, you'll be defining emojis using songs. There will be six emojis to define. For each emoji, you will be given a picture and then it is your job to choose a track you feel defines that emoji's general message/use. It's important you're not too literal with all the emojis. For example, last season the castaways were given the peach emoji. Most of everyone caught on that that emoji is used to depict
big big booties and sent in songs related to that. This may not apple to
every emoji but do keep that in mind when selecting tracks.
There are no explanations this round. Your songs will speak for themselves like in the pre-merge rounds. For that reason, it's best not to be super mysterious this round because the worst performing castaway will be eliminated from the competition. That doesn't mean you can't do something a little different for a emoji, but your song should still be clearly related to the emoji depicted.
Below is a few comments about how to send your entry and what to expect for results.
Guidelines:
You will not be compiling a formatted entry like in the previous two rounds. All I need you to do is submit 6 songs and send me yt videos or links to each one. Don't format all pretty because I will be formatting this round like the MC round where each of your songs is posted along your fellow castaway's songs for that desired portion.
You may see an emoji and think you have the perfect song in mind for that specific emoji. Well, you may only submit your entry with
all six tracks chosen. This is to avoid you all rushing to submit one song you want for sure into my inbox and then compiling the rest of your tracks later. And no, this doesn't mean you can submit 5 random tracks with your one desired track snuck in there. I will notice.
Once you submit your tracks, I will get back to you to inform you if you're cleared or if you need to change a song because another contestant already took it. It is a first come first serve basis with selecting tracks.
Results will be posted just like in the MC round in which the panel ranks your song selections. As you know, this round is a double elimination in which one of you is eliminated right after results are posted. That person will be the castaway with the lowest average placement after all six emoji ranks have been posted. Each round, I will keep you posted on which castaway is in danger of elimination based off their average placement.
Results will take place over two days. One day will be Emojis #1-3 and the next day will be Emojis #4-6. Yes, this means the person in last place after emoji #3 is posted will have to wait a full day before their fate is decided.

Entries are due July 2nd at 2:00 PM PST. If you guys end up needing more time, then we'll deal with that then.

Winner of this round will be immune from elimination. The worst performing castaway will be eliminated from the game automatically. Others will be up for elimination at Tribal Council.
