I like both but GoT is something that rarely comes along. It's a cultural phenomenon.
I'm not an anxious person in general but TWD is almost unbearable to watch because of the suspense.

One is the greatest series of all time, the other is riddled with plotholes, poor writing, senseless "shocking" moments, and blatant pathetic fan-baiting.
Game Of Thrones' worst season (S5) is better than all of TWD combined.

The Walking Dead became such a drag after Season 2. Tragic actually.
GoT was a bit meh during Season 5 but reclaimed Its status as one of the best TV Shows of our generation with Season 6

GoT though I too watch both.
However I'm just not sure how many more times I can handle TWD's formula of
Find a safe place -> live there for a bit with some drama -> zombies overrun said place -> some people die -> find a new place -> repeat
