It's ironic how trans rights are better in certain asian countries compared to some western countries. I think Pakistan even operate with a third official gender. Goes to show how CULTURE many times will prevail religion, even though Islam will be blamed at every opportunity.

In India they are constitutionally protected while homosexual activity was re-banned in court and they can marry in Hong Kong (post-surgery)
