I currently use a local credit union, the provide the best rates for credit cards and home/car loans. I used BOA before but ended leaving them because they authorized a "phone" transfer that was not made by me. When I called to despute it, they totally dismissed it and wouldn't refund me. It truly made me wonder about how many times they've pulled that move and how much they've pocketed. I wouldn't recommend them.
