Can a minority/POC be racist against a White person (like in the US or a similar place where Whites are the majority)?

I say no because they can't systematically discriminate against Whites. I've seen quite a few ATRL members says that POC can be racist against them though.

OT: No talking on a general scale, History gives you the answer to that question. No where on earth you'll be judged and seen as lesser because of being white. White is the standard. But individually yes, I've seen it irl Black and Arabic people disregarding someone because he's white.

Racism =/= systematic racism by definition, so yes. You can't tell me using a slur like cracker or mayonnaise or melanin deficient isn't racist. Sure its far less so than a white person using a slur because there isn't any historical weight, but come on its just semantics to avoid being called a hypocrite

To be racist is to attribute negative or undesirable characteristics to someone based on the premises of their race and their race solely.

I've seen some ATRLers make ignorant comments about white people which baffles me because if the roles were reversed there would be a huge uproar

Why do you think straight, cis, hetero men are so reluctant to support gays, women, etc. ? Why do you think terms like "FemiNazi" get coined? When the minority begins perpetuating hurtful, inaccurate stereotypes you make the majority reluctant to be supportive.

POC CAN be racist and it can be just as damaging because you widen the gap between races, thus making the end goal of total equality further away. To achieve equality we need to bring ourselves up - not tear others down.
